2. Adventure Activities Risk: Mountain climbing and high-altitude activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to serious injury or death. Participants must sign liability waivers and acknowledge these risks.

3. Booking and Payment: All bookings require a deposit. Full payment is due 30 days before departure. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees.

4. Health Requirements: Participants must meet minimum fitness requirements and disclose any medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety requirements are not met.

5. Guide Authority: Certified guides have final authority on all safety decisions during expeditions. Failure to follow guide instructions may result in removal from the expedition without refund.

6. Weather and Force Majeure: Expeditions may be modified or cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Equipment Responsibility: While we provide professional-grade equipment, participants are responsible for proper use and any damage due to negligence.

8. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
